Q: May I un-bundle service packages?
A: Certainly!  We have put these packages together because they cover most of the configurations currently used by our colo clients.  We will take out, add, change anything you want.  Contact us for a quote.

Q: Are your facilities really in Tulsa, Oklahoma?
A: Yes.  Unlike other companies that you may find when you search with "Tulsa Colocation", MURCOM is located in Tulsa.  Most of the others that you may find do not have facilities in Tulsa or even in Oklahoma.  If you need access to your equipment in Tulsa, it is here.

Q: You claim you can provide OC12s, OC48s, etc.  How is this possible?
A: Yes.  Our facilities enable our colo clients to have access to multiple Carrier's very high speed fiber optic lines which may provide OC3s, OC12s, OC48s, and OC192s.  We may even facilitate connections to the new 10Gigabit Internet2 network.  MURCOM is able to do this because we own 36 single mode fibers which is run to multiple Carriers.  Using our fiber optic cable, our colo clients may purchase super high speed bandwidth DIRECTLY from Carriers.  MURCOM has a full, 155MBs OC3 and 45MBs DS3 which provides unlimited bandwidth usage to our facilities based bandwidth clients.

Q: Do you charge for clients using your dark fiber cables if they purchase bandwidth directly from Carriers?
A: Yes.  Compared to any other company, MURCOM's fiber access fees are very small.  We may custom price your using our dark fiber with a one time up front fee or a small monthly fee.   Prices start at only $224 per month.  Contact us for a quote.
